You may request a cancellation of your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once this window has passed, the order is typically sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be cancelled.
Note: We process orders daily to ensure fast delivery. If your order has already been marked as “Shipped” or “In Transit,” it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
