At Chiku Smile, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your natural, Ayurvedic oral care routine. Because of our rapid processing times, we have established the following guidelines for order cancellations.
1. Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation of your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once this window has passed, the order is typically sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be cancelled.
Note: We process orders daily to ensure fast delivery. If your order has already been marked as “Shipped” or “In Transit,” it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please follow these steps immediately:
Send an email to Yashjoshi5432176@gmail.com.
Include your Order Number in the subject line (e.g., Cancellation Request – Order #12345).
State the reason for your cancellation in the body of the email.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is received within the eligible window and before the order has been processed:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Refusal of Delivery
If you were unable to cancel your order in time and no longer wish to receive it, please do not refuse delivery. Refused packages can often get lost in transit during the return process. Instead, we recommend accepting the delivery and following our Refund & Return Policy to initiate a standard return for unopened products.
