1. Processing Time
Once your order is placed on chikusmile.com, it is processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:
Metros & Major Cities: 3 – 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days.
Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen logistical issues or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. We occasionally offer Free Shipping on promotional bundles or orders above a certain value.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email with your Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s website. You can monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
5. Undelivered Packages
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
