To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., you ordered Regular Edition but received Kids Edition), please contact us immediately.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the item was damaged or sent incorrectly by us.
